FAQ
Straight answers
What access does my AI staff need to my store?
Only what each staff member needs to do their job, through the official access your platform provides, such as a Shopify staff or collaborator account or an approved app connection. We never ask for your personal password.
You can remove our access at any time from your store settings, and we stop working on your store the same day you cancel. We don't sell your data. Details are in our privacy policy.
Will my AI staff post or reply to customers on their own?
No. Anything a customer can see (review replies, messages, social posts, listing changes) is drafted for you, and goes out only after you approve it. Angry customers and refund requests come straight to you.
What can't Staffly do?
They don't give tax, legal or financial advice. The Bookkeeper organizes your numbers so you or your accountant can use them; it doesn't file taxes. Your AI staff don't make or ship your products, take phone calls, issue refunds, spend money for you or change prices without your OK.
They also make mistakes sometimes, which is why you approve everything that matters before it happens.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
No long contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel anytime from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or by replying to any email from us. Your AI staff stop working at the end of the month you've paid for.
What does the founder price ask of me?
For our first 10 shops, Solo Hire (1 staff member) is $75 a month instead of $99, and Dynamic Duo (2 staff members) is $150 instead of $199. Full Crew stays at the standard $299. In return we ask for an honest testimonial once you've used Staffly for a while, in your own words, good or bad. If it isn't helping, tell us that too. That feedback is the point.
Do you work with platforms other than Shopify and Etsy?
We're starting with Shopify and Etsy sellers. If you sell somewhere else too, mention it in your audit request and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Is this a staffing or recruiting agency?
No. Staffly doesn't place people in jobs. It's software: AI assistants that handle routine store work, with you approving the results.
